Return and Refund Policy

I. Return policy:

To ensure the rights of customers when using KOSOVOTA distributed products, we commit to the best quality for customers specifically:

Rules for exchanging products:

Requirements: product with intact tags, no scratches

* 1 for 1 exchange within the first week if a manufacturer error occurs.

* Customers who are not satisfied with the product can exchange the same product among the products we distribute (within 48 hours), however we will charge 6% of the cost to send back to the manufacturer.

Product return regulations:

Condition: product with intact tags, no scratches, can be returned within 48 hours.

* Return if product: We will receive the product back and collect a fee of 10% of the product value to return to the manufacturer.

II. Refund regulations:

The product will be refunded if the warranty period is still valid, the product is not damaged, and the warranty card is intact.

Warranty process:
Products within the warranty period (free of charge): Send the product with the warranty card to the warranty center in 2 ways: Express delivery (after warranty, the center will send it back to the place of origin) or come directly.
Products out of warranty (charged depending on the price of replacement parts): Send the product to the warranty center in 2 ways: Express delivery (payment via bank transfer) or directly to the warranty station onion.
