The bottling table is part of the pure water filtration line system. The bottling table has the function of rinsing the bottle (inside and outside), filling and capping the bottle. The bottling table is made of anti-rust stainless steel, ensuring hygiene according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health.

– Pressure washing and filling

– Used to fill 20L bottles, small bottles 500ml, 350ml

– Operation: semi-automatic, controlled by switch, electric float

– The washing head system, filling head and accessories in contact with product water are made of stainless steel.

Function:

• Pouring purified water into bottles: 19/20 liters combined with 350/500 ml bottles
• 20 liter bottle washing capacity: 2 bottles/minute.
• Filling capacity for 20 liter bottle: 80-100 bottles/hour
• Filling capacity for 500ml bottle: 1,500 – 2,000 bottles/hour
• Filling capacity for 350ml bottle: 2,000  –  3,000 bottles/hour
• Secondary sterilization by: 55W UV rays
• 20” filter cup: Contains 0.2 micro 20” bacterial filter core, bacterial filtering function
• Number of bottles washed at a time: 01 bottle, washing flow: 5 liters/minute
• Number of bottles to be filled at a time: 02 bottles, filling flow 20 liters/minute
• Spout diameter: D20, equipment inlet pipe D25
• Minimum water supply pressure: 0.5 kg/cm2
