500L/H pure water filtration system, with a filtration capacity of 500 liters/hour. Designed on an advanced, modern production line that meets ISO 9001:2015 standards and National Technical Regulation QCVN 4: 2009/BKHCN issued by the Institute for Research and Development of Quality Standards.

The 500L/H pure water filtration system applies the most advanced RO reverse osmosis filtration technology today and is carefully invested in both equipment and operating conditions. The filter membrane is imported from the world-famous Dupont brand - USA for its quality. Water after being filtered through the system is guaranteed to be pure and meets the standards for direct drinking water as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

HT500/AT: Kosovota  500L/H AUTOMATIC pure water filtration system

500L/H pure water filtration system includes the following equipment:

● Multi-layer metal filter (Multi-layer filter): Uses filter materials such as quartz sand or specialized particles to remove iron, manganese, arsenic, etc. Removes dirt, residue, algae, heavy metals to purify water.

● Organic impurity filter (Activated carbon filter): High-grade activated carbon has an absorption index of up to 1050 mg/g, high porosity, and has achieved many quality certifications in the world such as: NFS 61, AWWA, EN12915-1 , Halal, Kosher... Effective in absorbing organic impurities, chlorine compounds, pesticides, plant protection substances, decolorizing, deodorizing, and toxins in water.

● Ion exchange device (Softener filter): Resinex cation resin beads have the ability to process up to 2.0 eq/l, helping to increase the ability to adsorb ions that cause hardness in water. Soften water, dealkalize water, and demineralize water effectively. Especially effective with water sources with high calcium and magnesium content, causing hardness in water and clogging RO membranes.

● Fine filter device: uses a 5 micrometer filter core to filter and block impurities and material particles larger than 5 micrometers.

● RO reverse osmosis filter: RO membrane has a size of 0.001 micrometer, with such a size, RO membrane filters out pure water, can be drunk directly. And this is also the most important part of the system.

● Disinfection and microbiological removal equipment (UV lamp): Water after passing through the RO reverse osmosis membrane will pass through the UV sterilization system, which has the function of eliminating bacteria and viruses in the water. Thanks to its strong ability to kill bacteria, UV lamps are used in the treatment of drinking water without boiling.

● The piping system connecting on the rig uses UPVC pipes with the following advantages:

⮚ Non-toxic, lead-free and chlorinated with high resistance to chemical corrosion.

⮚ Withstands high temperatures up to 60°C

• ISO 9001:2015 certification by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam for the field of: Assembly and trading of RO water purifiers and water purifiers with hot and cold functions - No. HT 2240-22 issued on May 11, 2022
• Certificate of Conformity according to National Technical Regulation QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN and amendment 1:2016 QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam - No. QC 4822 - 22, issued on May 11, 2022.
