Operating mechanism of Kosovota RO water filtration system Filters through 6 stages:

Phase 1: 

Multi-layer metal filter (Multi-layer filter): Uses filter materials such as quartz sand, specialized particles to remove iron, manganese, arsenic, etc.

Remove dirt, residue, algae, heavy metals in water, clarify water.

Phase 2:

Organic impurity filter (Filter through activated carbon): High-grade activated carbon has an absorption index of up to 1050 mg/g, high porosity, and has achieved many quality certifications in the world such as: NFS 61, AWWA, EN 12915-1, Halal, Kosher... 

Effective in absorbing organic impurities, chlorine compounds, pesticides, plant protection substances, decolorizing, deodorizing, and toxins in water.

Phase 3:

Ion exchange device (Softener filter): Resinex cation resin beads have the ability to process up to 2 eq/l, helping to increase the ability to adsorb ions that cause hardness in water. 

Softens water, de-alkalizes water, and effectively demineralizes water. Especially effective with water sources with high calcium and magnesium content, causing hardness in water and clogging RO membranes.

Phase 4:

Fine filter: uses a 5 micrometer filter core to filter and block impurities and material particles larger than 5 micrometers.

Phase 5:

RO reverse osmosis equipment: RO membrane has a size of 0.001 micrometer, with such a size RO membrane filters out pure water, can be drunk directly. And this is also the most important part of the system.

Filter membranes are imported from world famous brands for quality such as Dupont - USA.

Phase 6:

Disinfection and microbiological removal equipment: Water after passing through the RO reverse osmosis membrane will go through a UV sterilization system, which has the function of eliminating bacteria and viruses in the water. 

Thanks to its powerful ability to kill bacteria, UV lamps are used to treat drinking water immediately without boiling.
