What is Manganese MF2?

Manganese MF2 material is a mixture of metal oxides with high mechanical strength and longevity, with the ability to convert soluble substances into insoluble substances.

Thanks to the high temperature manufacturing process, it is completely covered by MnO2 both outside and inside => high durability. Iron or Manganese in water in dissolved or ionic form will be oxidized by the energy of MnO2.

Uses of  Manganese MF2
 

• Manganese sand is produced at high temperature so it has better surface contact oxidation ability and longer life.

• Works by adsorption mechanism.

• Used for well water can be applied in water filter tanks, water filter equipment.

• The same is true in pressure filter columns, but the life of the material will be more durable when the material is flushed of all adsorbents outside the material.

• In addition to the advantage of being effective in deodorizing, removing iron (alum), manganese, arsenic, fluoride, etc., MF2 manganese granules also have many advantages as follows:

• Simple operation, no need to use chemicals and accompanying equipment such as chemical mixing tanks, dosing pumps.

• Using Manganese granules is much more cost-effective than imported materials such as Pyrolox, Birm or Manganese green sand.

• Can be inserted into existing filter tanks without having to change the filter tank structure.
