FEATURES

• Water after the STK-100TVT filter system has a conductivity of < 5mS/cm. 

• Water from the RO filtration system will be led through a DI Filter containing Mixed Bed ion exchange beads - removing all (-) and (+) ions in the water, making the water super pure.

• Demineralization by DI technology - has lower cost compared to other methods.

SYSTEM'S ADVANTAGES

DEMINERALIZATION MECHANISM

Using the demineralization method through the ion exchange process by using cation and anion resin beads to control the ions in the water:

+ The cation beads will attract positive ions in water such as: Ca + +, Mg + +, Na +, ... and release OH- ions

+ Anion beads will attract negative ions: HCO3-, Cl-, SO4-, ... and release H+ ions.

The OH- and H+ ions then combine together to form pure water.

The method of demineralization using ion exchange resin produces high purity water, the output water is comparable to distilled water and is widely applied to high pressure boilers.
